SHIPPING: Where does it ship from & How long does it take?
We ship from our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA. You can expect your paddle to arrive in 2-8 business days depending on where you live.
RETURNS: How can I return or exchange paddles?
We offer a 30-day return window on our paddles. You can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving it from the delivery date shown on the tracking number. If it is after the 30 days, you cannot return the paddle
Returned paddles must be UNUSED with no visible marks.
WARRANTY: What is the warranty on paddles?
We offer a 1 month or 30 day warranty on manufacturing defects. If your paddle breaks due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
However, if your paddle breaks from play or normal use we are not held responsible. This includes normal wear and tear on the paddle, dropping the paddle, weather damage, and other non-manufacturing issues.
If there is any sort of defect, you must submit a picture to us within 5 days of receiving your paddle. Please use @info.crosscourtpb@gmail.com to contact us regarding the manufacturing issues before returning.
